خطة جديدة لقطاع الخلوي

ينكب وزير الاتصالات طلال حواط على وضع خطة متكاملة لقطاع الخلوي سينتهي منها قبل نهاية الشهر الحالي على أن يقوم بعرضها على الرأي العام قبل رفعها إلى مجلس الوزراء.
