صدر عن قيادة الجيش – مديرية التوجيه البيان الآتي:

في إطار مكافحة تهريب الأشخاص والتسلل غير الشرعي عبر الحدود البرّيّة، أحبطت وحدات من الجيش، بتواريخ مختلفة خلال الشهر الحالي، محاولة تسلل نحو 600 سوري عند الحدود اللبنانية-السورية. كما عملت على إغلاق ثغرات حدودية تُستعمل لتهريب الأشخاص والممنوعات.
